It started last week but today is when I really get to kick my butt into gear.
This weekend we celebrated my birthday with my family and my mother and brother got me a pair of running shoes with the nike+ app. I ran the end of the week two for the Couch to 5k last week and this week I am going to start week 3. Which alternates 90 sec. of walking and 3 min of running. But first I am going to do a Yoga class cause it sounds really neat, and I would love to work on my flexibility. I have a great group for support including my family, my boyfriend and my best friend. They are all amazing and I love how they are being super supportive.
