Goals
I have a few goals for myself!
Long Term:
Be able to run a 5k in 6 weeks.
Goal weight: 150 lbs.
Short term:
Run a mile
Lose 10 lbs this month
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Run 3 times a week
Starting weight: 210lbs
