I have hit 193lbs. I have stopped drinking soda and I am working out. In March I am joining Neylana's Team and running the 5k in the Shamrock Run. I am super excited and I am starting to train now. I have started by walking/running every 1/4 mile. I have done a 5k in 49min 13sec. I hope to get that to be faster. I am hoping to try walking 1/4 mile and then running 1/2 mile.
